Terms of Service

Last updated June 10, 2026. Please read these terms carefully before using the Autopsy platform. By using the Service you agree to be bound by these terms.

01

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Autopsy platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These terms apply to all users of the Service, including visitors, registered users, and API consumers. Autopsy Labs reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

02

Description of Service

Autopsy is an end-to-end forensic intelligence platform for the Solana blockchain. The Service provides: transaction log parsing and instruction decoding; deep CPI execution tracing with call hierarchy; per-instruction compute unit profiling; program classification (swap, mint, stake, NFT transfer, CPI calls, and custom behaviors); wallet risk scoring (0–100); program risk labeling (safe, unverified, suspicious, malicious); scam pattern detection including honeypot tokens, rugpull signatures, and phishing drainers; multi-hop fund flow tracing and graph visualization; wallet clustering; and AI-powered plain-English transaction summaries.

Additional platform capabilities include a REST API (/parse, /classify, /trace, /score, /simulate), SDKs for TypeScript, Rust, Python, and Swift, a real-time monitoring and alerts dashboard, auto-generated forensic PDF reports, and an AML/Compliance mode with suspicious activity reporting and wallet risk flagging.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Autopsy Labs makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or completeness of the Service or its outputs.

03

Permitted Use

You may use the Service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use Autopsy or its outputs to facilitate, plan, or conceal fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, or any other illegal activity.

You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or systematically extract data from the platform beyond what is expressly permitted by your API plan or these terms.

You may not use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the platform or its underlying infrastructure, or interfere with any other user's access to or use of the Service.

04

API Access & Rate Limits

The Autopsy REST API exposes the following endpoints: /parse (transaction log parsing), /classify (program and instruction classification), /trace (fund flow tracing), /score (wallet and program risk scoring), and /simulate (transaction simulation). API access is subject to rate limits defined by your plan tier. Exceeding allocated limits may result in request throttling or temporary suspension of API access without notice.

Autopsy Labs reserves the right to modify API endpoints, authentication methods, response schemas, and rate limits. We will provide reasonable advance notice of breaking changes (generally no less than 30 days) via platform announcements.

Automated or programmatic use of the Service must comply with the usage policies of your plan. Use of the API for purposes not authorized under your plan may result in account termination.

05

Intellectual Property

The Autopsy platform, including its software, interface design, brand assets, analysis methodologies, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Autopsy Labs and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

Analysis outputs generated by the Service based on data you submit are available for your use. Autopsy Labs retains the right to use anonymized, aggregated, and non-personally identifiable data derived from platform usage to improve the Service.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written permission from Autopsy Labs.

06

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and all outputs are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. Autopsy Labs specifically disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Risk scores, threat flags, and forensic findings produced by the Service are probabilistic indicators based on available on-chain data. They should not be exclusively relied upon for legal, financial, compliance, or investment decisions. Always engage qualified professionals for such determinations.

Autopsy Labs does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Results may be incomplete due to blockchain state changes, RPC limitations, or data availability.

07

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Autopsy Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.

This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, even if Autopsy Labs has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability for any claims arising under these terms or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD $100).

08

Account Termination

You may request account closure at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Autopsy Labs reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or pose a risk to the platform or other users, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.

Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) shall continue to apply after termination.

09

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
